Pinocchio Meets the Beetles

Pinocchio's Colorado vacation takes a turn for the worse,
when he decides to go hiking in pine-beetle country.

An editorial cartoon on Colorado's pine beetle infestation, and some of its potential negative effects on  tourism – probably wouldn't be the ideal destination for the next marionette, or ventriloquist-dummy convention. Maybe it would be safe to hold a Muppet convention here... oh, yeah, there's that nasty bed-bug epidemic, but that's another cartoon.
