Sammy

IF Post for: "Voices"

A cartoon of a friend's African Grey Parrot.

In addition to his extensive vocabulary, Sammy is also quite the mimic. He can imitate some individual voices, other animals, household appliances, and even the sounds of a few bodily functions, as well.

One Froggy Mauling

video

The magic of modern technology gives us a rare glimpse into one of the wonders of nature...

Just for fun... a super-short pencil test. I did the sketches a few years back, just finally got around to scanning them, and adding some sounds. The voice is my Buddy, Robb Miller, of RPM Illustration fame, If you need voice-overs or want to check out his most-excellent illustration work, he's in the link section.

Strat Cat

IF Post for: "Similar"

A character design that is similar to some of those cool, animated cats from the 40s... sort of an homage to some of my favorite cartoonists. Done for a client who plays a Stratocaster. Strats are cool, but I'm more of a Tele fan... too bad Tele doesn't rhyme with cat.
